As a part of this, we should also migrate googlearchive/polymer-dev@6d7076f which looks like it was missed previously. It should be noted however that smoke will not recognize the bindings used within these strings, so if they are not used in some other place they won't be available once transformed. We need to add an annotation or something along those lines so that users can easily define the properties that they are using.
