We'd like to lean on the pub site behavior of auto-linking to dartdocs.org

This is blocking our removing of the "Show Packages" functionality of api.dartlang.org. Once we remove that, api.dartlang.org should get faster. Thanks for the help!

This is a good idea, but it shouldn't be blocking api.dartlang.org. It's unlikely that pub.dartlang.org contains the only link on the internet to the old package documentation—we should set up server-side 301 redirects from the old documentation URLs to the new ones, manually if necessary.

Is there a tracking bug for removing "Show Packages"?
